Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities in California, Watts area. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and help families with training and strategies.

The position offers afternoon/evening/weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits for eligible team members. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Experience in ABA or in-home support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress and guide interventions.
• Support skill development and empower families through training and compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family members to ensure consistent implementation.
