Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its clinician-owned ABA therapy network across the United States. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work under a BCBA supervisor, delivering in-home interventions for children with autism and participating in data-driven sessions.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, ongoing staff training, regular supervisor communication, and availability on weekdays or weekends. A BA or pursuing related education and at least 1 year ABA experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
