Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement personalized behavioral plans, monitor progress, and communicate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field, or current pursuit of relevant education, with opportunities for training, advancement, and ongoing professional development in ABA.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
