Job summary

BK Behavior in Missouri is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs. All positions start part-time with a six-month commitment to help transform our clients' lives

Qualifications

RBT certification required.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
