Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years trucking experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Proficient in driving, safety, and DOT regulations.
• Leadership, supervisory, and training experience.
• Knowledge of oilfield trucking and line‑haul, heavy‑haul, and rig moving operations.
• CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate safe and efficient field trucking operations across assigned areas.
• Direct personnel, equipment, and job assessments while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain required records, reports, and communications with customers and management.
• Involved in daily dispatch, field operations, and safety tasks.
• Coordinate with office staff, customers, regulatory personnel, and contractors.
• Assist in interviewing and training employees and in planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Report incidents, accidents, and damage; support safety initiatives.
