Job summary

CompHealth offers locum opportunities across the US with flexible scheduling and a focus on pulmonary medicine. Roles include day-to-day pulmonary duties, PFT reads, and involvement in a ground-up clinic expansion and rehab launch. Housing and travel are arranged, with malpractice coverage and streamlined credentialing to ease onboarding.

Assignments vary in length, some as short as a day, others for years, with weekly pay and dedicated recruiters to handle every detail.

Qualifications

• Experience performing pulmonary function tests and related reading.
• Knowledge of pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy is preferred.
• Ability to participate in policy review and patient selection.

Responsibilities

• 1 day per week, 8 am - 5 pm, M-F flexible scheduling.
• Up to 4 hrs/week remote PFT reads.
• Pulmonary clinic build -- ground-up expansion project.
• Overseeing pulmonary rehab launch -- goal to become accredited.
• Patient selection and policy review responsibilities.
• Procedures within scope -- bronchoscopy and related skills.
• 1-year commitment preferred.
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly.
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process.
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry.
