IN - Drake's Evansville - Server Assistant

We seek dynamic personalities passionate about guest satisfaction and hospitality. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential. Food service or retail experience is preferred but not required. Basic food safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities of a Barback/Server Assistant

• Engage with guests and communicate their requests to servers or bartenders
• Strive for 100% guest satisfaction at all times
• Assist in pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas during service
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to ensure safety
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Help keep the restaurant safe and clean
• Lift and carry loads up to 30 lbs across the establishment
