Job summary

The Treetop in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an in-clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, focusing on communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in clinic or home settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Record session data using EMR accurately.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support goals.
• Maintain communication with supervising BCBAs and staff.
• Support positive behavior change with ABA strategies.
