Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision. You will help develop communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
TRICARE certification preferred.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
