Job summary

The Treetop is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy across North Carolina. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
