Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and provide OT services, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to improve independence and function.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate treatment goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to promote independence.
• Adapt therapies to each patient and care setting.
