Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and PARA license within 1 year.
• Associates degree preferred and relevant training.
• Ability to manage classroom activities and support learning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management.
• Assists with classroom activities and lessons.
• Works with individual students who require additional or modified instruction.
• Administers assessments and quizzes to students.
• Grades tests, and completes related clerical work.
• Monitors students during recess, lunch, and transitions.
