Job summary

Conquest Racing in Indianapolis, IN seeks a full‑time Truck Driver / Tire Manager to join the GTD IMSA WeatherTech program. This hands‑on role covers track and shop work, requiring a CDL Class A driver who is mechanically inclined, organized, and reliable as part of a pro racing team.

The candidate will transport equipment to events, manage tire inventory at races, and assist with shop prep when not traveling. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in trucking or motorsports is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to perform basic maintenance.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Team-oriented and able to travel extensively during IMSA season.
• Willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Transport race team equipment, vehicles, tires, and other materials to and from IMSA events.
• Serve as Tire Manager during race events, overseeing tire inventory, organization, preparation, and logistics.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organization of team transporters and equipment.
• Support the IMSA team with daily shop and race preparation activities when not traveling.
• Perform basic mechanical work, maintenance, and repairs on team vehicles, equipment, and support vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with general race team operations and other duties as needed.
• Follow all applicable DOT, transportation, and team safety procedures.
