Purpose of the Position:
Kalmar is looking for an Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist who will be responsible for unifying an organization’s various management systems: Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) into one seamless, cohesive framework. The IMS Specialist will ensure the systems operate together, reducing redundancy, lowering compliance costs, and driving continuous operational improvement. The position will be onsite in Ottawa, KS, USA and will be reporting to the QEHS Manager.
