A global telecom leader is seeking a Network Automation & IMS Core Engineer to aid in the onboarding of cloud-native network functions in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in network automation or DevOps, strong skills in Ansible, and familiarity with IMS core components. We're Hiring: Network Automation & IMS Core Engineer

Join a global telecom leader and help shape the future of cloud-native network operations! We’re looking for a skilled engineer to support the onboarding and management of Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs) in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support CNF onboarding and lifecycle management in Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Develop APIs, tools, and integrations to streamline orchestration and operational workflows.
Participate in design reviews to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
Document automation architecture, playbooks, scripts, and deployment strategies.
Build and maintain automation for alarms, system checks, and routine tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in network automation or DevOps.
Strong proficiency in:
Ansible (playbooks, roles, dynamic inventories)
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift in production or lab environments.
Familiarity with:
Container-based networking
CNF onboarding
Helm charts and Kustomize
Understanding of IMS core components (CSCF, HSS, SBCs) and protocols (Diameter, SIP) in VoLTE/VoNR environments.
Experience with network vendor devices (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia) and automation interfaces (CLI, NETCONF, RESTCONF).
Comfortable working in Linux environments with Git for version control and collaborative development.
