Job summary

Cook Medical in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a senior Deployment Services leader for the iMRI Suite. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define deployment scope, drive strategy, and lead delivery of complex installation projects globally.

You will mentor deployment leads, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with product management and leadership to evolve offerings in response to market needs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7–10 years' MRI installation and deployment experience.
• Advanced degree may reduce required years of experience.
• Proven track record leading large, complex installation projects.
• Demonstrates mastery of applicable product lines and markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify deployment needs and establish iMRI Suite installation requirements.
• Attend meetings with customers to understand needs and gather feedback for business support.
• Lead and complete individual customer deployment projects in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor iMRI Suite Deployment leads.
• Ensure availability and efficiency of deployment services methods and tools.
• Understand and apply hospital guidelines and deployment partners and contractors.
• Develop and drive deployment offerings as iMRI practices evolve with market needs.
• Communicate with division leadership and senior management to improve processes and systems.
• Work with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality and other teams to implement deployment strategy and ensure consistency.
• Manage pricing thresholds, margins, and cost improvements in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance, and product-specific requirements are met.
• Conduct Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards.
