Improvement Leader-Senior

Partners with all levels of leaders and team members to share accountability for obtaining quantifiable results in alignment with the organization’s system and regional goals. Deploys strategic programs and facilitates breakthrough results for highly complex process improvement initiatives. Develops lean management system (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Serves as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members.
