Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Improvement Leader to partner with leaders and teams to drive on-time completion of Lean improvement projects. You will analyze current processes using data and Lean/HPLEAN principles, applying PDCA thinking to achieve breakthrough improvements aligned with our strategic goals.

The role supports standardization and spread of best practices across departments, leveraging change management methodologies to advance quality and outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading process improvement in a Lean enterprise or equivalent experience within IU Health.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.

Description

Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience leading process improvement in a Lean enterprise or equivalent experience within IU Health.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.
