Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Improvement Leader to partner with leaders and teams to ensure timely completion of improvement projects and deliver results. The role applies PDCA, data-driven lean management, and standardization efforts aligned with strategic goals.

The Transformation team focuses on improving health outcomes, shaping strategic initiatives, and fostering excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose across IU Health in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience leading process improvement in a Lean enterprise or equivalent experience within IU Health.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.

Candidate Qualifications
