Job summary

• Monitors shipment status and updates stakeholders for visibility and continuity of service.
• Supports development of shipment solutions aligned with customer requirements and constraints.
• Maintains shipment records and tracking information for traceability.
• Coordinates with network partners to support handoffs, milestones, and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shipment planning and execution activities for sensitive, high-value, or time-critical materials across domestic and international transportation networks.
• Ensures shipment requirements, routing details, handling instructions, and documentation are accurate and complete to support compliant and timely delivery.
• Communicates with clients, carriers, customs contacts, and internal stakeholders to facilitate shipment movement and resolve routine transportation issues.
• Monitors shipment status and exception points and updates relevant stakeholders to support visibility and continuity of service.
• Supports the development of shipment solutions that align with customer requirements, transportation constraints, and regulatory considerations.
• Maintains shipment records, tracking information, and operational updates to support traceability and logistics coordination.
• Coordinates with network partners and service providers to support handoffs, transit milestones, and final delivery outcomes.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Required Experience

2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• Certification in dangerous goods handling
• Cold chain logistics
• Forklift operation
• Licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
