PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead liaison between BDP Transport and BDP operations with utilization of Ocean Transportation system.
  2. Monitors and controls rate filing platform in conjunction with FMC rules and management of BDP Transport Ocean freight tariff.
  3. Controls, monitors, and facilitates the AMS and ACI platform for BDP Transport.
  4. Provides monthly reports for Tariff filings and volume for BDP Transport.
  5. Assists with day-to-day pricing of Ocean Transportation for PSA BDP Operations and Sales.
  6. Assist Tender Management team with pricing on Global/Regional Ocean RFQ's.
  7. A four-year BS/BA degree is preferred, not required.
  8. Prefer at least two (2) years of experience handling import trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
  9. Prefer two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer service duties.
  10. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
  12. The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
  13. Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
