Noatum Logistics is seeking an Import Specialist III to manage complex import operations, ensure compliance, coordinate shipments, and serve as a trusted partner to key customers. This role focuses on Air and Ocean Imports and building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in import operations with a freight forwarder or international logistics provider, strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and CargoWise experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of import operations experience with a freight forwarder or international logistics provider.
• Strong expertise in Air and Ocean Imports (required).
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, import documentation, Incoterms, and international transportation processes.
• CargoWise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex import operations for Air and Ocean shipments.
