Your Role

If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills, this role involves processing inbound and outbound shipments, preparing, tracking, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate between customers, U.S. Customs, Border Protection, and other agencies to meet service commitments.
  2. Provide timely customer service, updating clients on shipment status and referring complex questions to supervisors.
  3. Review and process documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring system updates and compliance.
  4. Obtain necessary releases, arrange deliveries, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  5. Handle post-release activities like OGA release, cargo setup, and invoicing.
  6. Identify issues during transactions and report to supervisors.
  7. Maintain and update customer profiles and communications.
  8. Manage pre-alerts to monitor freight arrivals and document receipt.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand laws, regulations, and policies relevant to logistics.
