Lavazza North America is seeking an Import & Export Logistics Specialist to manage international trade activities and support North American operations. The role coordinates suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring timely shipments and compliant documentation.
Work location: West Chester, PA; hybrid model with occasional travel to onsite suppliers. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in import/export logistics and proficiency with SAP and Excel.

The Logistics team at Lavazza North America supports supply chain execution and customer service excellence by managing the flow of goods across inbound, outbound, and fulfillment operations. The team partners closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, Lavazza Headquarters, demand and supply planning, customer service, and commercial teams to maintain inventory availability, improve stock alignment, and support efficient order fulfillment. Through data-driven reporting, process improvement, and proactive risk identification, the team helps optimize service, cost, and quality while enabling continued growth across eCommerce and other business channels.
The Import & Export Logistics Specialist manages international trade activities that support North American operations, ensuring goods move efficiently across borders with complete documentation and regulatory compliance. The role coordinates suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to align shipment schedules, customs clearance, inventory movements, and receipt timelines. This position also maintains logistics data and records in SAP and other internal systems, supports vendor onboarding, and identifies improvements to import and export workflows.
