What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Import Entry Writer
• Solid knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and entry procedures
• Experience with FDA-regulated shipments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Descartes IES and the Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Outlook
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple entries daily

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and submitting import entries for all modes of transport
• Coordinating with Customs, FDA, and other agencies for timely clearance and hold resolution
• Communicating with clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ultimately their happiness with their logistics provisions
