FNS in Carson, CA is seeking a Customs Entry Writer to process imports, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation. You will handle ISF filings and coordinate with customers, brokers, and government agencies.

The role requires 3–5 years in customs, proficiency with Microsoft Office, meticulous data entry, and English-Korean bilingual skills. We offer full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customs experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Bilingual English and Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Process imports and customs clearances per regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare ISF filings and other required customs docs.
• Monitor shipments for timely clearance and delivery.
• Act as primary contact with customers, brokers, and agencies.
• Investigate and resolve complex clearance issues and discrepancies.
• Manage filing, archiving, and data integrity for client reports.
• Support billing/invoicing related to customs charges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
