Mohawk Global is seeking a CHB Coordinator to process customs entries on assigned accounts and communicate with clients and CBP to support daily brokerage operations. This role develops entry processing, client communication, documentation review, and regulatory compliance under guidance from a CHB Team Lead.
The Coordinator will meet KPIs, engage in training, and contribute to team success while growing toward independent account management.

The CHB Coordinator is a developing individual contributor responsible for accurately processing customs entries on assigned accounts and communicating with clients and CBP to support the brokerage team’s daily operations while actively building the skills needed to progress toward independent account management. The role works under the guidance of a CHB Team Lead or CHB Supervisor to build proficiency in entry processing, client communication, documentation review, and regulatory compliance. The Coordinator is expected to meet established KPIs, actively participate in training and coaching, and contribute to team success.
