Job Details:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, customer focused with the ability to set priorities. The candidate will also be a strong communicator, one who listens, and has patience and composure when dealing with clients and collaboration with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, and sales to help ensure our Client’s needs are being fulfilled.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train the Jonas Club software remotely, delivering quality results
  • Build and maintain Client relations; understanding and motivating clients through integrity and trust
  • Consult with clients and review their current work process to assess their needs
  • Facilitate the preparation of any software customization specifications and follow up to ensure client acceptance
  • Assist clients to create and meet milestones while continuing to monitor project budgeted hours
  • Discuss requirements and explain functionality to both technical and non-technical individuals or groups

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or University Degree in accounting, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in the Private Club industry is considered highly desirable
  • Practical experience in finance/accounting/bookkeeping type roles is considered highly desirable
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Knowledge of Jonas Club Management Software is considered an asset
  • Must be willing to travel 85% of the time ** (Post-COVID)
