Responsibilities:
  1. Proactive Maintenance & Reliability: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on medical devices such as infusion pumps, centrifuges, and patient support equipment according to guidelines.
  2. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Perform inspections, installations, calibrations, and repairs, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  3. Knowledge Building & Best Practices: Contribute to developing a knowledge base for medical devices to improve team efficiency.
  4. Compliance & Safety: Follow recall and alert procedures, document activities in CMMS, and maintain a safe work environment.
  5. Customer Engagement & Collaboration: Travel to customer locations for on-site service, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Manage deployment of network and communications equipment, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  7. Use PCNS tools for documentation and communication with project teams and clients.
  8. Assist in planning deployment or upgrade activities in collaboration with project management.
  9. Implement new technology per design documents, maintaining professionalism and communication.
  10. Participate in wireless network deployments, LAN implementations, and VoIP migrations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with 3-4 years relevant experience or an Associate's Degree.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
