Location - In this US-based position your location will be remote. To be considered you must reside within 50 miles of one of the following airports: Kansas City International (MCI), Denver International Airport

(DEN) and/or Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA).

Our client, a mission-driven EdTech company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Implementation Specialist to ensure the seamless onboarding, training, and long-term success of K–12 educational partners. This role blends education expertise, technology skills, and relationship management to make a lasting impact on teaching and learning nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts within your assigned region.
  • Provide support for accounts nationwide as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track all account data, including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, and training.
  • Design and deliver engaging product training, sales presentations, and professional development sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Build strong relationships with districts, school administrators, and teachers to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support training and account needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Lead online live chat and public webinars for customers and prospects nationwide.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer training, travel, and presentations.
  • Manage the customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
  • Contribute to team projects such as webinars, training materials, and collateral development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Required:

To Excel In This Role, You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of experience in grades 6–12 education (classroom or administrative), or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices.
  • Experience leading professional development or product training.
  • Familiarity with web-based tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the USA for training, presentations, and customer meetings (up to 40% of the time).
