We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the engine behind successful client onboarding, ensuring launches run smoothly, customers adopt the platform, and technical requirements are implemented seamlessly. You will bridge clients, engineering, and product, managing timelines, technical integrations, and supporting clients from kickoff through launch and beyond. This is a client-facing, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, project management, and translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
