This is a highly customer-facing role with extensive travel, hands‑on physician support, and close partnership across Customer Success, Operations, and client teams.

About the role

iScribeHealth is looking for an Implementation and Adoption Specialist to help healthcare professionals successfully implement, adopt, and continue using our product with confidence.

From the moment a contract is signed through implementation and beyond, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This is a highly customer-facing role. You will provide training, guidance, and hands‑on support to physicians and healthcare teams, especially during go‑live. The right person is comfortable being onsite with clients, walking the halls during clinic visits, answering questions in real time, and helping providers build consistent usage habits.

This role travels approximately 90% of the time, with the expectation of being on the road 3 to 4 weeks per month. Travel is primarily overnight and includes frequent air travel across the United States and multiple‑night hotel stays.

  • Support clients during go‑live week by visiting multiple sites and assisting healthcare providers with setup and configuration
  • Provide hands‑on demonstrations to show product usage and key workflows
  • Actively engage with physicians during clinic visits to encourage consistent product use
  • Provide hands‑on support to help physicians overcome adoption challenges
  • Monitor end‑user adoption rates and identify areas where additional support may be needed
  • Provide feedback and elevate issues as needed
Relationship building
  • Build strong, professional client relationships that support long‑term partnerships
  • Act as the client champion during implementation and go‑live phases
