The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating smooth, organized experiences. As our Implementation Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for new clients as they onboard into our HRIS and Timekeeping systems.

You will make sure every setup runs seamlessly, clients feel supported, and systems are ready to go live. This role is perfect for someone who communicates well, builds strong relationships, and likes seeing their work make a direct impact.

What You Will Do

• Set up and configure new clients in our HRIS and Timekeeping systems
• Customize onboarding forms, workflows, and PTO settings to fit each client’s needs
• Guide clients through setup and training with patience and clarity
• Partner with internal teams to ensure each client is ready for their first payroll
• Process first payrolls for new clients to confirm data accuracy and validate setup
• Utilize reports to monitor onboarding progress and maintain data accuracy
• Look for opportunities to simplify and improve our onboarding process
