CapExpert is looking for a driven and results-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Experience team to conduct customer implementations, promote our cutting-edge inventory management technology, and support customers with our innovative asset management platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer logistics, conducting onsite inventories, cultivating relationships with onsite customers, and ensuring successful completion of customer implementation. Responsibilities
- Execute customer implementation activities at the directive of the VP of Customer Experience (Cx), including but not limited to: project management, onsite inventorying, customer relationship management, customer reporting, and customer product adoption/ utilization.
- Travel frequently (upwards of 100%) to various healthcare facilities nationwide - hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), clinics etc. - to conduct medical equipment inventories, often requiring overnight stays and early morning starts before cases begin.
- Conduct customer onboarding activities, including but not limited to: managing onsite inventories and travel logistics, physical travel to customer locations (hospitals, surgery centers, outpatient clinics, etc.), completing comprehensive inventories to accurately identify, capture, and virtually document medical equipment.
- Locate and meticulously photograph data tags, serial numbers, model numbers, and other relevant identifying information on assets.
- Manage and engage customer interactions - professionally interacting with staff, managers, and leadership to coordinate inventory activities, answer questions, and ensure minimal disruption to clinical operations.
- Problem solve, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inventory challenges, managing and achieving customer expectations and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, in accordance with company policy.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and potential challenges to the project manager.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of sensitive customer information, equipment and data.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Comfortable navigating various healthcare provider environments (e.g., hospitals, surgical centers, operating rooms, patient rooms, storage areas).
- Ability to travel extensively via car and airplane
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and the healthcare industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in using digital cameras and other imaging equipment and/or comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software applications.
