Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an IT/Software Support professional to lead implementation projects and provide direct user support across multiple applications. You will ensure smooth, documented deliveries and align configurations with client needs while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-user training, regression testing, and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Payroll Processing Understanding (with Union experience).
• Exposure to Electronic Timekeeping Systems.
• Previous Software Support to end users of system.
• Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with Vista (Viewpoint) or similar Construction ERP System.
• Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Products.
• Self-starter, organized and detail oriented.
