About The Job

The Implementation Specialist researches and understands customer business and technical requirements; develops detailed documentation; implements data integration, migration, and reporting solutions; develops test strategies; and provides technical support during project implementations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of product functionality and configuration solutions for clients.
  • Analyze client procurement processes and develop software configuration and design recommendations.
  • Design, document, develop, and test data integration and transformation solutions.
  • Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Conduct client product testing and provide support.
  • Perform root cause analysis and technical issue resolution.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate risks.
  • Apply project standards consistently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Monitor delivery quality and escalate issues as needed.

Desired Profile

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for solving complex business problems with process and technology.
  • Experience working independently and in teams.
  • Data design and analysis skills with RDBMS.
  • Exposure to web development tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • Understanding of data migration, system dependencies, and data integrity.
  • Experience with interfaces such as APIs, ETLs, XML, and transformation tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Positive attitude and cooperative spirit.
  • Willingness to travel periodically (up to 10%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a business/system analyst.
  • 2+ years' experience with SQL Server, Postgresql, XML.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, DBeaver is a plus.
