  • Develop communication plans, cutover playbooks, and transition documentation to support M&A events from announcement through stabilization.
  • Manage implementation projects related to private asset strategies, including onboarding interval funds, BDCs, and private credit vehicles into trust and CIT structures.
  • Oversee technology and systems implementation projects, managing vendor relationships, UAT coordination, and go-live planning.
  • Translate complex operational and technical requirements into structured project plans with clear accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key project stakeholders; facilitate steering committee meetings, working sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, plan sponsors, and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately and communicate status with clarity and transparency at all levels of the organization.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
