A global consulting firm based in the United States is seeking an Implementations Services Specialist for a project until the end of 2025. Overview

LHH is working with a client that is looking to hire an Implementations Services Specialist to join our team for a project through the end of 2025. The role will be 100% remote (candidates MUST live within the continental United States to be considered).

Responsibilities
  • Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) – ideally they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
  • Implementation experience – understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind
  • Testing experience – knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles – creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
  • Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
  • Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly
