Job summary

University at Buffalo is seeking a Dissemination and Implementation Science Coordinator to provide operational, research, data, and evaluation support for the CTSI core. You will assist with toolkits, trainings, REDCap programming, survey development, literature reviews, and partnership building with investigators, clinical and community partners.

The role focuses on dissemination activities, collaboration with the Community Engagement core, and contributing to evaluation and reporting for NIH

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
Experience with dissemination and implementation science preferred.
Experience in an academic or research environment.

Responsibilities

Track consultations, trainings, workshops, and technical assistance activities.
Support development of toolkits, templates, training materials, and workshop resources.
Conduct literature searches related to implementation science and dissemination strategies.
Contribute to evaluation through surveys and data collection/analysis.
Assist with building relationships with investigators, clinical partners, and community partners, tracking participation and feedback.
Support dissemination activities with the Community Engagement core, including Science Cafes and plain language outreach.
