Job Responsibilities

• Validate data loaded into the Client's ADP WFN system against the legacy vendor system
• Assist in auditing masterfile data and communicating audit findings to the Client and ADP
• Maintain synchronization between the Client's ADP WFN system and legacy vendor system during the implementation phase
• Provide training and data entry support for the WFN system during parallel payroll testing
• Support the Client in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in payroll processes and ADP WFN system
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and auditing
• Experience in coordinating with client personnel and managing communication requirements
• Ability to deliver project updates and recommendations effectively
• Must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in payroll systems
• Previous consulting experience in payroll or human capital management
• Familiarity with dual maintenance processes in payroll systems
• Knowledge of LaunchPad within ADP WFN for data exchange
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
