POSITION SUMMARY:

On a day-to-day basis, the Implementation Project Manager works to drive customer success by cultivating client relationships through strong project management leadership and project team guidance. The Project Manager will be responsible for challenging, recommending, and redirecting teams as well as client expectations as necessary for successful on-value project delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and directing services projects to ensure the Aprimo solution meets client requirements as well as expected business results
  • Responsible for overseeing multiple client projects at one time
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders and resolution of all issues
  • Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders in reports and status meetings
  • Manage client acceptance of the solution and manage client expectations in line with the agreed statement of work
  • Support and manage projects from the pre-contract sales process through completion
  • Acquire incremental business within the project through change control (during engagement, identify future sales opportunities)
  • Oversee a project team, including Aprimo employees (onshore and offshore), partners, and contractors
  • Produce & maintain project financial and status reports
  • Ensure monthly billings are complete accurately and timely
  • Ensure team’s time is recorded properly for costing and invoicing purposes
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as required

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of Project Management experience is required
  • Agile Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Additional Successful Qualities
  • Passing grade on Aprimo certification exam within the first 30 days of employment and maintain 2 certifications annually
  • Ability to ensure customer success as a high priority for all projects
  • Experience in the software, healthcare, or financial services industries
  • Knowledge of Aprimo’s Digital Asset Management, Plan & Spend, and/or Productivity Management
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relations
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies
  • Ability to identify and bring together a variety of technologies & teams to deliver a product that supports operational and management objectives

APRIMO BENEFITS WE OFFER:

  • Target Compensation: Annual base salary target of $110,000 to $130,000 depending on job related knowledge, skills, and level of experience. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
