Pay Range: USD $93,672.00 - USD $114,934.00 /Yr.
Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Remote Work Notification: Limited to specific states; remote work not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Overview: Navitus is seeking an Implementation Project Manager with 4-6 years of project management experience. The role involves managing client transitions from current PBMs, implementing new services, and facilitating vendor changes, with a focus on building client trust and ensuring seamless transitions.
Responsibilities include preparing for assessments, client onboarding, documenting requirements, creating project plans, monitoring progress, supporting escalated issues, providing go-live support, and conducting post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred), knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry, minimum 4 years of external client project management experience, and strong communication and relationship skills. Travel may be required.
