Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to coordinate and drive credit card integrations for our clients. You will manage projects, interact with clients and internal teams, and ensure that every phase from kickoff to production runs on schedule.

You will serve as the main contact during implementation, schedule milestones, provide technical support, and ensure licensing and compliance requirements are met while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating credit card implementations and client projects.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate credit card implementations including conversions and start-up programs.
• Lead project tasks and deadlines across client and internal teams.
• Act as main client contact through all implementation phases and post-production monitoring.
