What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire client onboarding implementation project, including discovery, requirements gathering, project plan creation, and delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating direct communication and project updates
- Coordinate and conduct benefit discussions among all parties, managing the creation of benefit plan requirements
- Monitor, track, and report project status to stakeholders, including issue escalation and resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve implementation issues proactively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and CMS Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWPs)
- Proven project management experience with complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
