Job summary

Mercor, a San Francisco-based company connecting elite AI researchers with leading labs, is hiring a contract program management professional for implementation planning and evaluation duties. This role is remote with flexible deadlines and independent work cadence.

You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics, provide structured feedback, and collaborate with AI teams to ensure rigor and domain quality, while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Program management / implementation planning.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
