Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to ensure flawless installations and support of the Oasis 360 Casino Management System for our casino customers. You will train staff, configure systems, troubleshoot peripherals, collaborate across teams, and travel as needed.

This role suits a detail‑oriented communicator with IT and gaming industry experience who excels in a dynamic, performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat’s customer jurisdictions.
