This role will require subject manager expertise in Northern Trust’s portfolio accounting and fund accounting products, and will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable future state technology, business, product, and operating model. In the role, the Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing multiple functions, providing leadership and guidance to subordinate managers, and taking full ownership of the project deliverables with minimal supervision. Additionally, this individual will be expected to look across all corporate strategic initiatives to understand how the big picture initiatives link together in a holistic roadmap, validating that the work they are executing is aligned to that overall roadmap.
