Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, wealth mgmt, insurance, NBFC or related domains.
• Experience in business application/CRM/ERP/SaaS implementations.
• Strong English communication is critical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document clients' financial business processes and automation needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, workflows and Zoho-based solutions.
• Configure Zoho apps (CRM, Books, People, Projects, Analytics, Creator).
• Design workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Map processes such as Lead Management, Onboarding, KYC, Billing, MIS/Reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams for APIs and custom development.
• Lead system testing, test-case prep and customer UAT.
• Manage issue resolution, UAT sign-off and go-live support.
• Conduct customer training and prepare user manuals.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks and dependencies.
• Lead and mentor implementation teams.
• Be the primary point of contact between customers and the implementation team.

Implementation Manager Financial Domain

Role Overview

We are looking for an Implementation Manager Financial Domain to lead end-to-end Zoho implementation projects for clients in the Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Insurance, NBFC and related sectors.

The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, functional consultants and technical teams, ensuring successful solution design, implementation, testing, UAT and go-live. This requires a good communication skill in English

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document clients' financial business processes, requirements and automation needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows and Zoho-based solutions.
• Configure and customize Zoho applications such as CRM, Books, People, Projects, Analytics and Creator.
• Design workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, custom modules and integrations.
• Understand and map processes such as Lead Management, Client Onboarding, KYC, Sales, Investments, Financial Planning, Service Requests, Billing and MIS/Reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams for APIs, integrations, Deluge, JavaScript/HTML and custom development.
• Lead system testing, test-case preparation and customer UAT.
• Manage issue resolution, UAT sign-off, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Conduct customer training and prepare user manuals and process documentation.
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies and customer expectations.
• Lead and mentor functional and technical implementation teams.
• Act as the key point of contact between customers, business stakeholders and the implementation team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, wealth management, insurance, NBFC or related domains.
• Strong communication skills in English is critical for this role
• Experience in business application / CRM / ERP / SaaS implementation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, Projects or related Zoho applications.
• Understanding of workflow automation, APIs, integrations and business process digitization.
• Experience in UAT, system testing and project implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

A Finance-domain professional with strong technology orientation, or a techno-functional implementation professional with significant Financial Services experience, who can understand business requirements and convert them into scalable Zoho-based digital solutions.
