CVS Health is hiring to support plan sponsor implementations. You will collaborate with the implementation team, gather client requirements, and help develop plans to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.

The role requires 1–3 years in health insurance implementation or project coordination, and proficiency with Excel, OneNote, and Salesforce. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.

Position Summary

• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.

• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.

• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.

• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

• Project management experience in the health insurance industry.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent collaboration, listening, and teamwork skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Highly skilled at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
