Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking an experienced Implementation & Onboarding Lead to oversee onboarding for new client partners and expand scope for existing Certify clients. You\'ll coordinate with partner teams and guide deployments from contract to go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in software implementation or project management, exceptional organization, and strong communication. You\'ll collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure a seamless client journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience overall.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally.

About The Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at Certify, and existing Certify clients seeking to expand their scope of services. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and execute the standard process for the successful implementation of the CertifyOS product and associated services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success.

• Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management universe
• Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
